Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Inspection, Supply, Installation, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Shahjibazar 330 MW Gas Based Combined Cycle Power Plant Project on Turnkey basis.

A Combined Cycle Power Plant of total 330 MW +/- 20% capacity at site conditions (35°C, 1,013 mbar, 98% R.H.) has been intended to be set up by Bangladesh Power Development Board at Shahjibazar, Hobigonj, Bangladesh. Approx. 25 acres of land is allocated for implementation of this project. Natural Gas will be used as fuel of this Power Plant.

The Power Station step-up transformers have been connected with the 230 Kv Power Plant Sub-Station through underground cable and other necessary electrical equipment as shown in the straight line diagram.

The project may be classified into the following broad areas: Details are however given later in the scope of work.

  1. Survey preparation of drawing, land development, landscaping of the proposed site.
  2. The supply and construction of the Power plant equipment.
  3. Equipping of 230 kV material/equipment at the Power Plant Sub-Station as per single line diagram enclosed.
  4. Supply and Construction of all civil work for a power station complete in all respect.
  5. Supply and construction of entire Gas Fuel system for the plant, fire protection system etc.

Scope of work of the project:

The work in this specification shall cover the complete design, engineering (including supply of all calculation & settings), manufacturing, inspection, testing, supply, delivery to the site, construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, commercial operation and service of operation & maintenance.
